Anne Arundle County

Anne Arundel County has something for everyone and working in it is a pleasure. Anne Arundle died in 1649 and her heartbroken husband (Cecil Calvert) of 21 years named the county in her honor.  Annapolis is the capital of Maryland and one of the oldest capitals in the US. While Annapolis is teeming with culture and amenities of every kind it retains an old world, small town coziness.

Most of the county's borders are defined by water, making for a wide variety of property types with water views.  This prestigious county has dozens of charming towns including: Davidsonville, with rolling hills, custom homes and horse farms; Crofton (established in 1964), a beautifully planned city named by Money magazine as one of the  "100 Best Places to Live" in the United States; Gambrills, Crownsville; Edgewater; Shady Side; and Severna Park just to name a few.
